If you make a comment that satisfies those two requirements, and the bot is running, it will probably see and reply with the conversion within a couple minutes (10 minutes at worst).

/u/rick_bot_number_3 does not know but it does like counting down the time until a vague season 3 release dateon /r/RickAndMorty.The date will be updated if an official one is given before the release.
The initial intention of the bot was to point out the time difference between the off-season 1-2 and 2-3.
